Throw the butter in a pan, let it melt, then fry the shredded Kataifi until crispy and golden (takes about 5-10 minutes)

Take half the chocolate and melt it in short 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring each time till smooth. Spread it on a flat surface and stick it in the fridge for 10 minutes

Once crispy, mix the cool Kataifi with the pistachio spread. Spread this on top of the chilled chocolate layer. Pop it back in the fridge for another 10 minutes

Melt the rest of the chocolate the same way. Cover the pistachio layer entirely with it and, if you want, decorate with your chosen toppings

Refrigerate for no less than 20 minutes before slicing it up
