Pink Ombre Donut (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 cups of all purpose flour
02 - 1 cup white granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon baking powder for fluffiness
04 - 1 teaspoon regular table salt
05 - 1 1/4 cups fresh whole milk
06 - 1/3 cup butter melted and slightly cooled
07 - 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
08 - 3 large fresh eggs

→ Icing

09 - 2 cups powdered confectioners sugar
10 - 1/4 cup cold milk
11 - 1 tablespoon good quality vanilla extract

→ Decorating

12 - Your favorite pink or red gel food coloring
13 - Colorful sprinkles of your choice

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven nice and hot at 400°F. Give your donut pan a good coating of butter or oil spray.
02 - Grab a bowl for your flour mixture and another for wet stuff. Mix them separately then combine until you get a smooth batter without lumps.
03 - Fill up your piping bag and squeeze the batter into each donut mold. Pop in the oven for 10 minutes until they spring back when touched.
04 - Stir up your icing ingredients until smooth. Once donuts cool down completely dip them in. Add tiny drops of color for different pink shades. Throw on sprinkles while icing is still wet.
