Turn on your oven and set the temperature based on your pizza dough's instructions.

Slice the dough into strips that are about 2 inches wide, then squish them down to make each strip around 3 inches wide so they cook evenly.

Spread the sauce on one side of each strip, sprinkle cheese on it, layer on pepperoni slices so they overlap, and finish with another layer of cheese.

Fold the plain half of the strip over the toppings, then roll it up to form a flower-like shape.

Place the rolled dough roses onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. You can spread out the pepperoni slices in the rolls if you'd like.

Bake on the lowest rack of your oven for around 12 to 15 minutes, or until they’re golden brown all over. If the pepperoni starts looking too toasty, cover with foil.
