Parmesan Chicken Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves of minced garlic.
02 - 1 pound of baby potatoes, sliced in half.
03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
04 - 1½ teaspoons of paprika.
05 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
06 - ½ cup garlic parmesan wing sauce.
07 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
08 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
09 - 1 pound of chicken breast or tenderloins, cut into chunks.
10 - 1½ teaspoons of poultry seasoning blend.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
02 - Mix chicken pieces in a bowl with a tablespoon of oil. Do the same for potatoes in another bowl, then sprinkle the spices evenly between the two bowls.
03 - Bake seasoned potatoes on the prepared sheet for around 20 minutes.
04 - Sauté chicken in a hot pan with a little oil for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Add garlic and butter, cooking until aromatic.
05 - Toss potatoes into the pan with the chicken. Turn off the stove, mix in the garlic parmesan sauce, and top with cheese. Cover for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

# Notes:

01 - You can air fry the potatoes at 400°F for the same time.
02 - Use any small potatoes cut into chunks as a substitute.
03 - Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
