06 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried.
07 - Pinch of salt and pepper, adjust for taste.
08 - 2 eggs, large.
09 - 2 tablespoons of milk.
10 - Some chopped parsley, if you'd like.
11 - Optional: marinara dip for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm your oven up to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.
02 - Toss together flour, oregano, garlic powder, baking powder, and sprinkle in some salt and pepper.
03 - Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan, making sure the cheese is coated in the dry mix.
04 - In a different bowl, beat the eggs with the milk until smooth.
05 - Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones, forming a dough that sticks together.
06 - Scoop out 1 tablespoon at a time and roll it into balls.
07 - Pop them on the baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until they're golden brown.
08 - If you'd like, sprinkle some parsley on top and dig in with marinara sauce while they're warm.

# Notes:

01 - Freeze the dough balls before baking to keep for later.
02 - Use a quick spritz of cooking spray to make them crisper.
03 - Switch up the cheese for new flavors.
04 - Eat them while warm for that gooey cheese pull.
05 - These are always a hit as party bites.
