Orange Cranberry Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon baking powder, level.
02 - 1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries, whole.
03 - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice.
04 - 1/2 tablespoon flour for coating fruit.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon table salt.
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice for glaze.
07 - 6 tablespoons butter, soft.
08 - Zest from 1 big orange, finely grated.
09 - 1 cup powdered sugar for topping.
10 - 2 large eggs, brought to room temp.
11 - 1 1/2 cups plain flour.
12 - 1 teaspoon grated orange zest for glaze.
13 - 3/4 cup sugar, granulated.
14 - 1/4 cup milk, not cold.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and dust a loaf pan. Blend the dry ingredients. Stir milk, zest, and juice together.
02 - Beat sugar with butter till smooth. Mix in eggs. Slowly combine the flour and milk mixes, little by little.
03 - Coat the cranberries in flour and gently fold them into the mixture. Pour it evenly into your pan.
04 - Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden and fully baked. Let it rest in the pan 10-15 minutes before removing.
05 - Whisk powdered sugar, zest, and juice together until smooth. Drizzle on cooled loaf.
