Mint Chocolate Ninja Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 cup whole milk
02 - 3/4 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon softened cream cheese

→ Flavorings

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon mint extract
07 - Optional: a few drops of green food coloring
08 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips to mix in

# Instructions:

01 - Place cream cheese in a big microwave-friendly bowl and microwave it for about 10 seconds. Stir in the sugar and mint extract, whisking everything together until it looks like frosting. This should take about a minute.
02 - Slowly add the heavy cream, milk, and food coloring (if using) to your bowl. Stir everything well until the sugar is fully dissolved and your mix looks smooth and even.
03 - Pour your mixture into a CREAMi™ Pint container. Snap the lid on tightly and leave it in the freezer for a full 24 hours.
04 - Once the mixture is frozen solid, remove the lid and place the pint in the outer container. Attach the Creamerizer™ Paddle to the lid, lock it into the machine, and hit the ICE CREAM button.
05 - Carefully carve a hole about 1½ inches wide right down the middle of your blended ice cream. Pour the mini chocolate chips into the hole and set the machine to the MIX-IN mode.
06 - Take your ice cream out of the container and dish it up with any toppings you love!
