Milk Tea Lavender (Printable Version)

A silky mix of milk, lavender, and black tea that’s calming and can be sipped warm or chilled.

# What You’ll Need:

01 - Sprig of mint, optional.
02 - 1 tablespoon of honey.
03 - 2 cups of milk (can be dairy or plant-based).
04 - 1 tablespoon lavender flowers.
05 - 1 tablespoon of black tea or Earl Grey.

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Pour milk into a pot, toss in honey and lavender, and warm it up. Keep it just under boiling.
02 - Take off heat and let the lavender soak in the milk for around 2 minutes.
03 - Add the tea (and mint if you want it) and let it sit for another couple of minutes.
04 - Strain everything into mugs. Froth up 1/2 cup milk if you want a creamy top layer.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any milk you like.
02 - If milk boils, it could curdle, so avoid that.
03 - Enjoy it warm or chilled—both work!
