Pour milk into a pot, toss in honey and lavender, and warm it up. Keep it just under boiling.

Take off heat and let the lavender soak in the milk for around 2 minutes.

Add the tea (and mint if you want it) and let it sit for another couple of minutes.

Strain everything into mugs. Froth up 1/2 cup milk if you want a creamy top layer.
