Chicken Wraps Mediterranean Style (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasoning

01 - 1.5 pounds (650g) of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
03 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes for some heat
05 - 1.5 teaspoons of dried mint

→ Creamy Yogurt Dip

06 - Half a cup of plain yogurt
07 - A sprinkle of dried dill (or use 1 tablespoon fresh!)
08 - Season with salt and pepper to taste

→ Wrap Fillings

09 - 3-4 tortillas to hold everything
10 - A spread of the hummus you love
11 - 1 cup of shredded fresh cabbage
12 - Simple mixed greens or salad
13 - Cooked broccoli pieces, optional but tasty

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up all your salad ingredients and set them aside so you can easily put those wraps together later.
02 - Throw together your yogurt, one clove of minced garlic, salt, and that dried dill. Mix until it’s smooth and creamy. You've got yourself a simple tzatziki-style sauce!
03 - Slice your chicken into small pieces. Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil on medium-high, toss in two minced garlic cloves, chili flakes, black pepper, and dried mint. Cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes until brown and super flavorful.
04 - Lay your tortilla flat. Add some shredded cabbage, the cooked chicken, maybe a bit of steamed broccoli, your salad mix, a layer of hummus, and a spoonful of the yogurt sauce. Wrap it all up and enjoy it right away!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps taste best when served warm and freshly made.
02 - You can prep the components ahead of time and assemble when you're ready to eat.
03 - Want it hotter? Add more chili flakes!
