Flour Weighing Tips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup of all-purpose flour (120g)
02 - 1 cup of brown sugar, packed (220g)
03 - 1 cup of water (237g)

→ Optional Add-ons

04 - 1 cup of chocolate chips (170g)
05 - 1 cup of shredded coconut (85g)

# Instructions:

01 - Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. This allows them to combine evenly for better results. Any lumps in dry ingredients should be sifted before use.
02 - Place your mixing bowl on the kitchen scale. Press 'tare' to zero the scale, then carefully weigh out your flour, sugar, or other dry ingredients as needed. Use a flat edge to level off any excess.
03 - Use a transparent liquid measuring cup. Pour liquids slowly while keeping the measuring cup at eye level for precision. For even greater accuracy, a kitchen scale can also be used to weigh liquids in grams.
04 - Mix the ingredients according to your recipe. Double-check measurements to ensure accuracy before proceeding with baking.

# Notes:

01 - Using a kitchen scale ensures precise measurements, eliminating guesswork from recipes.
02 - Converting recipes between metric and standard units becomes seamless with consistent measurements.
