Pop popcorn and remove unpopped kernels. Place in large bowl.

Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.

Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Boil, stirring constantly.

Reduce heat, simmer 2-3 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and marshmallows until smooth.

Pour over popcorn, toss until evenly coated.

Spread on lined baking sheet, cool 10-15 minutes.
