Use the food processor to chop the frozen mango into smaller bits.

Toss in the syrup, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Make sure to scrape the sides every once in a while.

Keep blending for at least one minute. Scrape down the sides until you get a super smooth mix.

Dig in right away or stash it in an airtight container to freeze. Let it soften for about 10-15 minutes when you’re ready to enjoy if it’s frozen.
