Mango Ginger Spice Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 fresh mangoes (about 470 grams), peeled and chopped
02 - 24 ounces of ginger ale

→ Flavor Enhancers

03 - Juice from 1 lime (around 3 tablespoons)
04 - 1 green chili, and extra for decoration if you’d like
05 - 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)

→ Garnish & Finishing

06 - Fresh mint leaves
07 - Some fresh ginger, grated
08 - 2 teaspoons of chili-lime seasoning (optional)
09 - Ice cubes as much as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Toss mango chunks, lime juice, ginger ale, green chili, optional sugar, and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth.
02 - Rub the edge of a glass with a lime wedge, then press it onto chili-lime spice to coat.
03 - Pour the blended drink into the glass you prepped earlier. Add more ice if you’d like.
04 - Sprinkle grated ginger on top, toss in some mint leaves, and enjoy right away.

# Notes:

01 - You can turn up or down the spiciness by changing the amount of green chili.
02 - If your mangoes aren’t very sweet, feel free to add sugar.
03 - You can tweak the ingredients to match your taste preferences.
04 - This drink tastes best when served immediately.
