Loaded Beef Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 Hawaiian rolls, slider-sized.
02 - 2 pounds of ground beef, lean.
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - 1/2 a white onion, chopped up.
05 - 1 teaspoon of kosher salt.
06 - 2 teaspoons of black pepper.
07 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder.
08 - 12 small cheese bars.
09 - 2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
10 - 3 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt.
12 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard.
13 - 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted.
14 - 1/2 tablespoon of sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and combine the beef with the seasonings.
02 - Spread the beef in a 9x13 pan evenly. Let it bake for 20 minutes, then pour out any extra liquid.
03 - Heat up olive oil and cook the onion pieces until soft and clear. Get rid of the excess oil.
04 - In a baking dish, layer the bottom part of the rolls, followed by beef, onions, cheese, and then the top of the rolls.
05 - Combine the melted butter with seasonings. Use a brush to coat the rolls and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
06 - Bake for 20 minutes until the bread turns golden and the cheese is gooey.

01 - The butter glaze is totally optional.
02 - These sliders freeze well for up to 3 months.
