02 - 6 slices of cheese.
03 - 1/2 cup chopped crispy bacon (about 6 strips).
04 - 1.5 pounds of 80/20 ground beef.
05 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
06 - Caramelized onions.
07 - Pickles.
08 - 2 spoons of ranch mix seasoning.
09 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
10 - Burger sauce of your choice.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry bacon until it's crisp, then break it into small bits and put it aside.
02 - In a big bowl, mix together the ground beef, cheddar, ranch mix, sour cream, and chopped bacon.
03 - Divide the mixture into 6 parts and shape them into patties, each about a quarter-pound.
04 - Warm up your griddle and cook patties for 5 mins on one side, flip for 4 mins on the other, top with a cheese slice, then cover to melt for a minute.
05 - Place on the buns with whatever toppings you like best and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Greek yogurt works as a substitute for sour cream.
02 - Different meat blends change the juiciness.
03 - Over-mixing the meat can make it dense.
04 - Tastes best hot and fresh off the griddle!
05 - Perfect for outdoor grilling sessions.
06 - You can prepare the patties in advance.
