Pat fish dry, season with oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic and onion powder.

Cook fish in skillet 3-4 minutes per side until golden.

Remove fish, add butter and oil to pan.

Add garlic, cook 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, salt and pepper.

Simmer sauce 2-3 minutes.
