Leftover Thanksgiving Casserole (Printable Version)

Reinvent holiday leftovers into a cozy dish

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups mashed potatoes, already prepared.
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded turkey.
03 - 1 cup gravy, warmed.
04 - 2 cups stuffing, any kind.
05 - 3/4 cup cranberry sauce, sweet or tart.
06 - 1 cup corn, canned or frozen.
07 - 2 tbsp milk, any kind.
08 - Melted butter or chicken broth, based on preference.

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Turn oven on to 400°F (200°C) to preheat.
02 - In an 8x8 dish, spread the shredded turkey and cranberry sauce evenly together.
03 - Smoothly spread the mashed potatoes over the turkey mix.
04 - Evenly distribute the corn over the potatoes.
05 - Combine the milk with the gravy, then pour it gently over the corn and potatoes.
06 - Place the stuffing evenly over the top of the dish.
07 - Drizzle some butter or broth over the stuffing to stop it from drying out.
08 - Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until it’s warm and bubbling.
09 - Dish it out hot and enjoy every bite!

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use whatever’s in your fridge - leftover rice can swap for potatoes, or throw in veggies like carrots or peas.
02 - No stuffing? Crushed croutons or breadcrumbs can make a crispy topping instead.
