Put marshmallows and butter in a big bowl designed for microwaves. Heat for 1 minute, stir it up, and heat one more minute. Keep stirring till everything blends smoothly.

Toss in the white chocolate chips and mix. Microwave it again for 30 seconds, stopping to stir now and then until it's melted and gooey.

Mix the gumdrops into the chocolatey blend until they’re spread out evenly.

Grab a 9x13 pan, cover it with parchment paper, and spray it lightly with cooking spray. Leave enough paper hanging over the sides so you can pull it out easily later.

Scoop the nougat into your ready-to-go pan. Top it with another parchment sheet, then press it down with your hands until it’s even.

Pop it in the fridge and leave it until it’s solid. Once it's firm, take it out of the pan carefully, peeling the paper off.

Cut the nougat into bite-sized squares and enjoy.
