# What You’ll Need:

01 - Two fresh oranges, whole
02 - One whole lemon, freshly picked

04 - About 3 inches of ginger root, peeled and chopped up
05 - Turmeric root, peeled and chopped, around 2 inches

01 - Peel your citrus, cut carrots into bits, and finely chop the ginger and turmeric

03 - Combine honey with warm water; mix it into your juice until it’s one smooth blend
