# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 pound of sausage flavored with sage, made for breakfast.
02 - Half a cup of freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese.
03 - Half a cup of panko-style breadcrumbs.
04 - Two eggs, keep them separate.
05 - Two big spoonfuls of Dijon mustard.
06 - A tablespoon of fresh thyme leaves, chopped.
07 - A 17.3-ounce box of puff pastry (contains two sheets).
08 - A couple of tablespoons of everything bagel topping.
09 - Warm honey for drizzles.

# Step-by-Step Guide:

01 - Get the oven ready at 400°F. Lay some parchment on your baking tray.
02 - Mix together the sausage, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, one egg, and thyme.
03 - Stir the other egg with a small splash of water.
04 - Roll out the sheets of puff pastry flat, then slice each one into a couple of long strips.
05 - Run the sausage filling down the center of the strips. Spread mustard over one half and brush egg wash on the other.
06 - Wrap the pastry around the sausage mix and close it up with the egg wash. Put it seam-side down.
07 - Make light scores on top. Slice into pieces about an inch and a half wide.
08 - Coat the rolls with egg wash and sprinkle the seasoning on top. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
