Sweet Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 1 pound of fresh salmon

→ Spice Mix

02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
05 - 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce

07 - 1/4 cup golden honey
08 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
09 - 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
10 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
11 - 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing dish, toss together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, chili powder, and onion powder.
02 - In another bowl, whisk honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and sriracha until combined.
03 - Take the skin off the salmon and cut it into 1-inch chunks. Coat thoroughly in the seasoning mix.
04 - Warm up coconut oil in a big pan over medium-high heat. Put the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 1 minute.
05 - Turn over the salmon pieces, pour the honey mixture in, and cook for another minute. Gently stir and cook for another 60-90 seconds until coated.
06 - Take the pan off the heat. Leave the salmon to rest for 2-3 minutes before you serve it.

# Notes:

01 - You can use multiple smaller pieces of salmon to reach 1 pound.
02 - It's best if you eat this right after cooking while it's hot.
03 - A 12-inch cast iron skillet works best for this recipe.
