# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (use if you'd like)
02 - 2 teaspoons On Everything Blend, store-bought or homemade
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil (extra virgin)
04 - 2 lbs of organic chicken breast
05 - 1 teaspoon sea salt

→ Hot Honey Sauce

06 - Pinch of sea salt
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted
09 - ½ teaspoon of chili powder
10 - 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
11 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
12 - 1 cup of natural honey
13 - 1 teaspoon pepper flakes (red)
14 - 1 teaspoon cayenne powder

# Instructions:

01 - Rub olive oil and spices all over the chicken in a large mixing bowl. Slice shallow slits on top, about an inch apart. If you have time, let it sit for 3+ hours.
02 - Melt butter and cook garlic in it. Mix in the honey along with all the spices. Let it bubble for a few minutes, while stirring. Take it off the heat.
03 - Crank your oven to 400°F. Lay down parchment paper on a tray. Place chicken pieces evenly spaced apart on it.
04 - Drizzle half of the warm honey sauce across the chicken. Pop it in the oven and cook for 30-35 minutes until it's browned and fully done.
05 - Cool for a few minutes, then pour the rest of the sauce on top before bringing it to the table.
