Homemade Peppermint Patties (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons peppermint extract.
03 - 4 cups confectioners sugar.
04 - 1 pound chocolate almond bark.
05 - Sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Make space in freezer.
02 - Mix sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract in a large bowl.
03 - Add confectioners sugar gradually with mixer until you get stiff dough.
04 - Roll small balls of dough, flatten into discs on tray. Freeze 1 hour.
05 - Melt almond bark in microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring between.
06 - Dip frozen patties in chocolate, shake off excess. Add sprinkles if desired.
07 - Let set at room temperature or in fridge.
