In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast together. Pour in the warm water and olive oil, stirring until it looks rough and lumpy. Knead for about 10 minutes until it's smooth, stretchy, and soft.

Place the dough in a bowl that’s oiled lightly, cover it with plastic wrap, and leave it in a warm spot for 1-2 hours. It’s ready when it doubles in size.

Oil your baking sheet and gently stretch the dough to fit it. Use your fingertips to press into the dough, creating those classic little dimples all over.

Cover the dough once more and wait for it to rise for another 30 minutes.

Set your oven to 425°F (220°C). Drizzle olive oil over the dough, then top it with sea salt and rosemary. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust turns a beautiful golden brown.
