Holiday Chex Party Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of broken pretzels.
02 - 2 cups of regular Cheerios.
03 - 3 cups of corn or rice Chex cereal.
04 - 1 cup of holiday-colored M&M's.
05 - 10 ounces of white chocolate chips, preferably Ghirardelli brand.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the Chex, Cheerios, pretzels and M&M's together in a big bowl.
02 - Heat white chocolate in the microwave using 30-second bursts, giving it a good stir between each burst until smooth. Don't heat too long.
03 - Drizzle the melted white chocolate over your mix and fold until all pieces are coated.
04 - Lay the mixture flat on parchment or wax paper and let it cool for at least 15 minutes until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Keeps fresh at room temp for up to 3 days.
02 - You can store it in the freezer for as long as 3 months.
