# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup cooled hibiscus tea, already brewed
02 - 1 cup chunks of pineapple, fresh or frozen
03 - 1 cup coconut water
04 - Juice squeezed from 1 lime
05 - Ice cubes to chill

06 - Mint or sage leaves to decorate

# Instructions:

01 - Make some hibiscus tea by letting 2-3 bags of hibiscus tea or dried hibiscus steep in boiling water for about 5-10 minutes. Put it in the fridge and let it completely chill out.
02 - Take the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, and lime juice, then toss them into a blender. Add a bit of ice to get it cold and give it that smooth, airy texture. Blend everything until it’s perfectly mixed.
03 - Give your smoothie a sip. If you feel like it could use more sweetness or a bit more tang, tweak it with some extra lime or pineapple to match your taste.
04 - Pour your smoothie into glasses and toss in fresh mint or sage leaves on top for some flair. Drink up and enjoy!
