Greek Yogurt Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wet Ingredients

01 - 2 ripe bananas (about 7oz or 200g total)
02 - 2/3 cup (180g) of Greek yogurt (at least 2% fat)
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1/3 cup (80ml) of maple syrup or honey
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1½ cups (150g) oat flour
07 - ½ cup (50g) almond flour (or just use extra oat flour)
08 - 1 tsp cinnamon
09 - 2 tsp baking powder
10 - A pinch of salt (around 1/6 tsp)

→ Optional Add-ins

11 - 1/4 cup (40g) of chocolate chips
12 - ½ cup (50g) of protein powder (swap it for ½ cup of flour)

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven ready by heating it to 350°F (180°C). Take a 20cm loaf pan, and either line it with parchment paper or grease it up with some oil.
02 - Squash those bananas until smooth and then stir in the yogurt, egg, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
03 - Throw in the flours and baking powder. If you’re feeling fancy, fold in some chocolate chips too. Adjust the thickness if it looks off.
04 - Pour your batter into the pan you prepped earlier. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the middle comes out glitter-free.

# Notes:

01 - Add more protein by replacing some flour with protein powder.
02 - The batter's consistency might change depending on how big your bananas are.
03 - You can skip the almond flour and just use all oat flour.
04 - Chocolate chips are completely optional.
