Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sour cream
02 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced thin
03 - 6 extra-large tortillas for burritos
04 - 1 avocado, cubed
05 - 3 cups shredded sharp yellow cheddar
06 - 1 big tomato, chopped into small bits
07 - 3 cups lettuce, diced up

# Instructions:

01 - Add seasoning to your chicken. Fry each side in olive oil for 5-7 minutes, making sure the inside reaches 165-170°F.
02 - Chop up your veggies, slice the chicken, and grate your cheese.
03 - Spread a tortilla flat. Layer it with lettuce first, then avocado, tomatoes, some chicken slices, sour cream, and top it all with cheese.
04 - Warm up an empty pan and grill the wraps until both sides turn crispy and golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best if enjoyed right away while the cheese is still gooey.
02 - Store in the fridge for up to a few hours, but don’t keep them past that.
03 - Freezing these is not recommended—they won’t hold up well.
