Chicken Avocado Grill (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
02 - Season with salt and pepper as preferred
03 - 1 tbsp olive oil
04 - 1 avocado, cut into slices
05 - 4 slices of cheese (cheddar, provolone, or Swiss)

→ Bread & Spreads

06 - 4 bread slices (like ciabatta or sourdough)
07 - 2 tbsp mayo
08 - 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
09 - Butter or olive oil, for cooking

→ Vegetables

10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced up
11 - A tomato, sliced thinly

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle seasoning on the chicken, cook in a pan with oil for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked all the way through. Let it rest, then cut into slices.
02 - Cut up the avocado, cheese, onion, and tomato so they’re ready.
03 - Spread mayo and mustard on the bread slices. Stack the chicken, avocado, cheese, onion, and tomato between the slices.
04 - In a pan heated with butter or oil, cook the sandwiches until the outside is golden and the cheese is melted. This should take about 3-4 minutes on each side.

01 - Keep any leftovers in an airtight container to stay fresh.
02 - For crispiness, reheat the sandwiches in the oven instead of microwaving.
