Set your oven to 350°F and grease your pan generously with butter.

In a salted pot of boiling water, simmer your potato pieces for 15 minutes. They should be tender but not fall apart.

Toss in the broccoli and green beans. Give them five minutes to cook, then strain everything really well.

In a pot, combine the mushroom soup, milk, and pepper, stirring until the texture is smooth.

Gently fold the vegetables into the sauce mixture. Make sure everything’s coated evenly. Lay some foil over the top.

Slide it into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Raise the oven heat to 400°F. Sprinkle the cheese on top of your dish.

Let it bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Pull it out and give it time to cool.
