Green Bean Potato Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Use butter to coat your pan.
02 - 3 large potatoes, sliced into chunks.
03 - 3 cups cut-up broccoli florets.
04 - 3 cups green beans, chopped into smaller pieces.
05 - 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
07 - 1 1/2 cups of milk.
08 - 1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease your pan generously with butter.
02 - In a salted pot of boiling water, simmer your potato pieces for 15 minutes. They should be tender but not fall apart.
03 - Toss in the broccoli and green beans. Give them five minutes to cook, then strain everything really well.
04 - In a pot, combine the mushroom soup, milk, and pepper, stirring until the texture is smooth.
05 - Gently fold the vegetables into the sauce mixture. Make sure everything’s coated evenly. Lay some foil over the top.
06 - Slide it into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
07 - Raise the oven heat to 400°F. Sprinkle the cheese on top of your dish.
08 - Let it bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly. Pull it out and give it time to cool.
