Garlic Parmesan Side (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
02 - 1 teaspoon dried dill sprinkles.
03 - 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 3 tablespoons melted butter.
06 - Extra Parmesan for topping later.
07 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon table salt.
09 - 3 pounds baby red or Yukon Gold potatoes.
10 - 1 teaspoon of Italian herb mix.
11 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Leave tiny potatoes whole, but chop up larger ones in half.
02 - Coat the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with oil, then toss potatoes inside.
03 - Spread Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, Italian herbs, and dill over potatoes.
04 - In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, and melted butter.
05 - Drizzle the garlic butter mixture all over the potatoes.
06 - Put on the lid and cook for 3 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW.
07 - Before serving, sprinkle on more Parmesan and parsley.

# Notes:

01 - No need to mix while it cooks.
02 - Like it spicy? Add some chili flakes or cayenne.
03 - Double the amount if you've got a bigger cooker.
04 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
