Leave tiny potatoes whole, but chop up larger ones in half.

Coat the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with oil, then toss potatoes inside.

Spread Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, Italian herbs, and dill over potatoes.

In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, and melted butter.

Drizzle the garlic butter mixture all over the potatoes.

Put on the lid and cook for 3 hours on HIGH or 5-6 hours on LOW.

Before serving, sprinkle on more Parmesan and parsley.
