Joe Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup).
02 - A loaf of ciabatta bread.
03 - Softened butter, 2 tablespoons worth.
04 - 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
05 - 1 teaspoon of powdered garlic.
06 - Cooked ground beef, 1 pound.
07 - 2 teaspoons of olive oil.
08 - Add salt and black pepper as you prefer.
09 - 1/4 cup water.
10 - Yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire or similar sauce.
12 - 2 whole garlic cloves, chopped finely.
13 - A dash of brown sugar, about 2 tablespoons.
14 - Finely cut yellow onion, 1/2 cup.
15 - 1 1/2 cups of plain ketchup.

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your oven to 350°F. Cover a pan with foil. Slice the ciabatta in half and slather it with the buttery garlic mix.
02 - Heat some oil and cook the beef with onion until browned. Get rid of the extra grease. Toss in the garlic and stir for half a minute.
03 - Stir ketchup, water, sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire into the pan. Let it bubble for 20-30 minutes on low heat.
04 - Put the meat sauce over each bread slice, then sprinkle both cheeses on top.
05 - Pop everything in the oven for about 10 minutes. Watch for the edges to crispy up and the cheese to start bubbling.

# Notes:

01 - Swap out beef for pork or turkey, no problem.
02 - Pre-make the meat filling to save time.
03 - Grab a can of Manwich for an even faster fix.
04 - Give the bread a quick toast for extra crunch.
