Sweet Salty Frito Candy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup light corn syrup.
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 14 ounces Fritos (around 1 ½ bags).
04 - 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
05 - Sprinkles, if you'd like.
06 - 1 cup of chocolate chips or melting chocolate.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper, then put it to the side.
02 - Combine peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a big pot on medium heat. Stir often until it starts bubbling and blends together.
03 - Take the pot off the heat and carefully mix in the Fritos until they’re fully coated.
04 - Use a big spoon or cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mix onto your prepared pan.
05 - Leave the candies out at room temperature for 30 minutes so they firm up.
06 - Heat your chocolate chips or melting chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Stir after each burst until it's smooth.
07 - Drizzle melted chocolate over the top of the candies with a fork, then throw on some sprinkles if you'd like.
08 - Let the candies sit until the chocolate hardens before digging in.
