Fried Oreo Snacks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 quarts of vegetable oil.
02 - 1/4 cup plus 1 cup dry pancake mix.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 1 cup of milk.
05 - 18.71 oz pack of Double Stuf Oreos.
06 - Powdered sugar to sprinkle on top.

# Instructions:

01 - Set a plate with paper towels on it.
02 - Mix the milk, egg, and pancake mix together. If it's too runny, just add more mix.
03 - Warm up the oil to 375°F.
04 - Do a few cookies at a time, no more than 4-6. Dip them in the batter, shake off the extra, then fry for 1-2 minutes until each side turns golden brown.
05 - Place the fried cookies on those paper towels to soak up the oil.
06 - Shake or sift powdered sugar over the top.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with a light oil that can handle high heat.
02 - Leave room in the pan so the oil doesn't cool too fast.
03 - Eat them while they're hot for the best taste.
04 - Reheat leftovers in a hot oven (425°F) for a few minutes.
05 - You can refrigerate them for up to 3 days.
