Fried Marshmallows (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 20 large marshmallows.
02 - 1 big egg.
03 - 1 cup of milk.
04 - 1 and a half cups of pancake mix.
05 - A couple teaspoons of vegetable oil (plus extra for frying).
06 - Use whipped cream on top.
07 - Add chocolate syrup for topping.
08 - Sprinkle some colorful sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Fill a deep pot with about 3 inches of oil and heat it up to 350°F.
02 - Mix the pancake mix, milk, egg, and 2 teaspoons of oil in a bowl.
03 - Cover the marshmallows completely in the batter.
04 - Fry them for 30 to 60 seconds while flipping so they turn golden.
05 - Place them on paper towels to soak up extra oil.
06 - Serve while still warm with whipped cream, syrup, and sprinkles on top.

01 - They're best enjoyed warm right after making them.
02 - The outside gets softer if left out too long.
03 - Stay close while frying to avoid burning.
04 - Don't crowd the pot, leave space for frying.
