Chimichurri Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup chopped-up fresh parsley leaves.
02 - 2 tablespoons vinegar made from white wine.
03 - ¼ teaspoon dried red chili flakes.
04 - ⅓ cup good-quality olive oil.
05 - ¼ teaspoon paprika with a smoky flavor.
06 - 1 garlic clove, finely grated or diced.
07 - ¼ teaspoon oregano that’s dried.
08 - ½ teaspoon fine-grain sea salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a small bowl and stir together the vinegar, paprika, salt, garlic, chili flakes, oregano, and olive oil until they’re mixed well.
02 - Add the chopped parsley to the mixture and give it a good stir.
03 - If you'd like, you can mash everything together using a mortar and pestle or just pulse it quickly in a food processor.
04 - Adjust the seasoning if needed, then spoon it onto grilled or roasted veggies as a topping.

# Notes:

01 - This tangy and bold chimichurri sauce is just right for drizzling over veggies, grilled meat, or even using as a marinade. The mix of fresh herbs, vinegar, and spices makes it nicely balanced with a bit of heat.
