Easy Turkey Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf of French bread.
02 - 1 loaf of Italian bread.
03 - 1 loaf of cornbread.
04 - Half a cup of butter.
05 - 1 or 2 onions, diced.
06 - 5 sticks of celery, diced.
07 - 6 cups chicken stock.
08 - A handful of chopped parsley.
09 - A spoonful of finely chopped fresh rosemary.
10 - Half a spoon of ground basil.
11 - Half a spoon of powdered thyme.
12 - Salt and black pepper for taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop bread into cubes. Cover with a towel and let them sit for a day or two.
02 - Melt the butter and sauté the onion and celery for about 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Pour the broth slowly. Stir in the herbs with some salt and pepper.
04 - Put the dried bread cubes into a bowl. Drizzle the broth mixture on top and toss gently.
05 - Transfer to a baking dish or stuff inside a turkey. Bake at 375° for 20–30 minutes until golden brown.
06 - Dish it out warm alongside turkey.

# Notes:

01 - Dry cornbread a day ahead.
02 - Taste the mix before you bake.
03 - Make sure to soak the bread fully with broth.
