20-Minute Shrimp Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice.
02 - 1/2 cup crunchy Panko crumbs.
03 - 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
04 - 2 tablespoons parsley, cut small.
05 - Salt and ground black pepper.
06 - 3 tablespoons dry white wine.
07 - 4 tablespoons melted butter.
08 - 1 1/2 pounds shrimp, raw, with shells and veins removed.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 425°F to warm up.
02 - Combine shrimp, minced garlic, and wine in a bowl.
03 - Evenly distribute the mixture in a baking tray (9x13).
04 - Add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
05 - Stir Panko crumbs into the melted butter.
06 - Top shrimp with the Panko mixture and bake for 7 minutes. Stop when shrimp start changing to pink.
07 - Turn on broiler (high setting) for 2-3 minutes to finish cooking. Shrimp should be pink and crumbs crispy golden.
08 - Squeeze lemon juice over everything and sprinkle parsley on top. Serve fresh and warm.

01 - Takes 20 minutes from start to table.
02 - Pairs wonderfully with pasta or rice.
03 - Raw shrimp works better than cooked for this.
04 - For extra crunch, don’t add topping until ready to bake.
