Easy Lasagna Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 2-4 garlic cloves, minced small.
03 - 1 big onion, chopped.
04 - 1-2 tbsp olive oil.
05 - 1/4 cup tomato paste.
06 - 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz).
07 - 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz).
08 - 4 cups chicken stock.
09 - 1 spoon salt.
10 - A few shakes of black pepper.
11 - 1 spoon Italian seasoning.
12 - 8 oz farfalle pasta.
13 - 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded.
14 - 1/2 cup creamy ricotta.
15 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
16 - 1/4 cup parsley, freshly chopped.
17 - 1-2 cups water, as needed.

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a large pot.
02 - Brown meat with garlic and onions. Drain any grease.
03 - Stir in tomatoes, stock, sauce, paste, spices, and noodles.
04 - Crank the heat so it bubbles hard.
05 - Lower the heat, cook for 10-15 minutes until noodles are tender.
06 - Add more water if it feels too thick.
07 - Mix in cheeses or let others top their bowls. Sprinkle parsley on top.
08 - Holds up in the fridge for five days or the freezer for three months.
09 - Add some liquid when heating leftovers.

# Notes:

01 - Big shapes for pasta work best.
02 - Turkey or sausage make great substitutes.
03 - Use crushed tomatoes if you'd like it thicker.
04 - Run out of canned goods? Jarred pasta sauce will work.
05 - Always throw in liquid when reheating to avoid dryness.
