Set your oven to 350°F and let it get hot.

Coat a glass baking pan (13x9) with non-stick butter spray.

Stretch out one dough sheet into a rectangle (13x9). If it tears, press together to fix.

Combine butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and corn syrup in a big bowl.

Toss in the pecans and give it a stir.

Pour half the filling onto the crust. Place the second crust over it, then pour the rest of the filling on top.

Pop it in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes, letting it bake until set.
