Make Cranberry Juice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups water.
02 - Your favorite sweetener (sugar, honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free).
03 - 3 cups (11.8 oz) fresh or frozen cranberries.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big pot, toss in the cranberries and water. Bring it to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer. Let them cook for about 20 minutes until the berries soften and pop.
02 - Push the mixture through a sieve or nut milk bag. Keep pressing or squeezing to get as much liquid out as you can.
03 - Mix in your preferred sweetener to taste. For granulated sugar, heat it up again to make sure it dissolves fully.
04 - Let the liquid cool all the way down before pouring it into a container or serving.

# Notes:

01 - Store up to 3-5 days in the fridge.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
03 - Use a pot that's non-reactive (like stainless steel).
