Easy Beef Noodle Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 8 ounces sour cream.
03 - 1 teaspoon sugar.
04 - Salt and pepper as you like.
05 - 2 cans (15 oz each) tomato sauce.
06 - 8 ounces cream cheese.
07 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef.
08 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
09 - 8 ounces egg noodles.
10 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it heat up.
02 - Cook the ground beef until no longer pink, then drain grease. Throw in the garlic and Italian seasoning. Stir in all the tomato sauce and sugar, sprinkling some salt and pepper. Let it gently bubble for 3 to 5 minutes.
03 - Whisk together sour cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
04 - Boil the noodles till tender, then drain. In a greased 9x13 pan, layer noodles first, followed by half the cream mix, then half the meaty sauce. Repeat all layers and finish with shredded cheddar.
05 - Pop it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, till it's delightfully bubbly.
