Doritos Taco Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 13.8 oz can of pizza dough.
02 - Half a pound of ground beef.
03 - 1.5 tablespoons of water.
04 - Half a packet of taco spice mix.
05 - A cup of shredded Mexican-style cheese.
06 - Half a bag of crushed Doritos.
07 - Optional: Add salsa if you'd like.
08 - Optional: Include sour cream if you want.
09 - Optional: Guacamole for extra flavor.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F to warm up.
02 - Brown the beef in a skillet, remove excess grease, and stir in taco mix plus water. Let it simmer for a minute or two, then cool it down.
03 - Spread out the cold pizza crust, layer the beef mix, sprinkle with cheese, and finish with a covering of crushed Doritos.
04 - Roll the dough into a log shape, slice into 1/2-inch pieces, and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
05 - Pop them in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown.
06 - Dish them up and enjoy, with any toppings you like on the side.
