Roasted Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
05 - 6 tablespoons of melted salted butter.
06 - 1½ pounds of baby potatoes, sliced in half.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
09 - Optional: ranch dip for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on and set it to 425°F to warm up.
02 - Carefully score the potatoes using your knife.
03 - Heat the butter in a 9x13 pan for about 5 minutes in the oven.
04 - Stir together the parmesan and seasonings into the melted butter, then spread it evenly in the pan.
05 - Lay the potatoes with the flat side facing down, and lightly brush the tops using the leftover butter.
06 - Bake the dish for around 35 minutes, until they're crispy and golden.
07 - If you want, serve with ranch dip alongside.
