Crispy Fried Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 9 oz (1 ½ cups) of cooked chicken, shredded.
02 - 2 tablespoons of softened cream cheese.
03 - A quarter cup of grated mozzarella.
04 - 1 single egg.
05 - 2 spoons of all-purpose flour.
06 - Half a teaspoon of salt, if you'd like.

# Instructions:

01 - Take the shredded chicken and cut it into smaller bits with scissors or a knife so it totals 1.5 cups.
02 - Throw cream cheese, mozzarella, flour, salt, and egg into the bowl with the chicken. Stir everything until it's fully mixed.
03 - Add a spoonful of butter or oil to a frying pan. Let it heat up on medium-low.
04 - Spoon out big tablespoons of the mixture, put them into the pan, and flatten them gently with a spatula or the spoon's back.
05 - Cook each fritter until the outside is golden, flipping after 2-3 minutes on each side. Let them rest on a plate covered in paper towels to cool.

01 - Using scissors will speed up the process of cutting chicken in small chunks.
