Slice the cheese chunk into small cubes, about an inch big each.

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In another, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with paprika, garlic powder, and oregano.

Take each cheese cube and lightly coat with flour. Brush off any extra.

Roll the egg-covered cubes in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Press gently so the crumbs stick well.
