Heat oven to 250°F.

Mix cereal and pecans in large bowl.

Heat brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in saucepan until boiling.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and baking soda.

Pour over cereal mixture, coat well.

Spread in 9x13 pan, bake 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

Cool on wax paper, break into pieces.
