Creamy Parmesan Italian Sausage Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Italian sausage.
02 - 1/2 cup diced onion.
03 - 2 cloves minced garlic.
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - 4 cups chicken broth.
08 - 14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes.
09 - 8 oz ditalini pasta.
10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - 1/4 cup fresh basil.

# Instructions:

01 - Brown and crumble sausage in large pot, drain excess grease.
02 - Add onion, seasonings and cook 1-2 minutes.
03 - Add garlic, cook 1 minute.
04 - Add tomatoes, broth, pasta. Boil 8 minutes until pasta is al dente.
05 - Reduce heat to medium, add cheeses and cook 5 minutes until melted.
06 - Top with fresh basil to serve.
