Creamy Orange Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup melted butter.
02 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers.
03 - 16 ounces softened cream cheese.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring.
05 - 1 cup and 2 tablespoons white sugar.
06 - 1 cup drained canned mandarin slices.
07 - 1 cup fluffy whipped cream.
08 - Extra whipped cream for topping.
09 - A few more mandarin slices for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Coat a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray or butter.
02 - Stir together melted butter and cracker crumbs. Press mixture firmly into the bottom and along the sides of the pan. Pop it in the fridge for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
03 - Combine cream cheese, sugar, mandarin orange pieces, and vanilla in a stand mixer or use a hand mixer. Whip until the texture is smooth and creamy.
04 - Carefully fold in whipped cream until blended well.
05 - Pour creamy filling over the chilled crust and smooth out the top. Pop it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to set.
06 - Move to the fridge for 30 minutes right before serving. Add whipped cream and orange slices to decorate.
07 - Use a knife warmed under hot water to make clean slices.
