Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups chicken broth.
02 - 1/2 cup heavy cream.
03 - 8 oz bow tie pasta.
04 - Pepper for seasoning.
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
06 - 1 cup diced purple onion.
07 - 1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into small chunks.
08 - 1/4-1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
09 - Salt for seasoning.
10 - 1/2 cup regular milk.
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
12 - 1 cup chopped mixed bell peppers.
13 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter along with olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat.
02 - Toss in the chicken pieces and stir occasionally until they lose the pink color. Mix in the onions and peppers, cooking until the chicken turns golden brown.
03 - Mix in garlic, along with salt and pepper. Cook for about a minute until it smells amazing.
04 - Pour in the chicken broth, milk, cream, and uncooked pasta. Bring it to a bubbly boil, then drop the heat down low.
05 - Pop a lid on and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Mix in parmesan cheese and, if it feels too thick, stir in a splash more milk to thin it out.

# Notes:

01 - Only uses one pan, so no need to boil pasta separately.
02 - If you want the sauce thinner, just add more milk.
